The new smartphones—likely to include the Realme 15, Realme 15 Pro, and Realme 15 Lite—are tipped for a July launch, with model-specific details already surfacing ahead of any official announcement.
Realme 15 Lite May Launch First in India
Among the three, the Realme 15 Lite appears poised to arrive first in India. A leak tied to the model number RMX5000 suggests this variant will launch with three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage, and a 12GB RAM variant with 256GB storage. Unlike previous entry-level Realme devices, this Lite model seems to be positioned with a more stylish identity, featuring colour options like dark purple, speed green, and victory gold.
Realme 15 Pro Aims at Performance Users
The Realme 15 Pro, associated with the model number RMX5101, appears to be designed for users expecting consistent performance under load. Configurations will reportedly go as high as 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, a clear shift towards heavy-use scenarios like gaming or video editing. Its rumoured colour palette—flowing silver, silk purple, and velvet green—continues Realme’s pattern of distinct finishes for its premium mid-rangers.
Realme 15 5G Could Be the Most Balanced Offering
The standard Realme 15 5G, bearing model number RMX5106, may be the strongest contender in the sub-Rs. 20,000 category if current specs are accurate. A Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor is expected to power the device, indicating improved efficiency and raw performance over previous Realme offerings in this segment. It may be coupled with a 6,300mAh battery and 45W fast charging—both significant upgrades over previous models in the same range.
Realme is also reportedly using a 120Hz flat AMOLED panel for this model, which would give it a visual and tactile edge in its class. A 50MP triple rear camera system, paired with a 32MP selfie shooter, further supports the idea that this device is being tuned as an all-purpose daily driver with a premium visual experience.
Colour variants such as flowing silver, silk pink, and velvet green are expected, targeting buyers who value aesthetics alongside performance.
Indian Pricing and Rollout Strategy
Sources indicate that the Realme 15 5G could be priced between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 in India. This price band places it in direct competition with models from Redmi and iQOO, where Realme has historically performed well due to its focus on hardware value and finish quality.
The brand is expected to take a phased approach to the launch, with the first model arriving as early as July. Based on previous rollouts, the Lite and standard variants may debut initially, while the Pro version could follow shortly after.
